Overall training events have grown over each of the last 8 years at a compound rate of 27%! In 2021, Lintott launched an e-Learning platform, which compliments existing training mechanisms and apparatus. Titled “Lin-learning”, this consists of a growing array of tailored ‘self-development’ modules in areas such as health & safety awareness, business improvement, and process auditing. Externally delivered training includes craft-based programmes, engineering courses (such as Level 4 Higher National Certificates), and degrees (including MBA).
