Ellie Woodrow
Operations & People Manager
During her ten-year tenure, Ellie has successfully completed various training courses as part of her career & management development plan. Ellie returned to the Company in 2008 in an administrative capacity. Reflecting tenacity for detail, in 2012, Ellie transferred to the Business Assurance function, where she gained experience in auditing, planning, process design & Health & Safety. In 2015, Ellie transferred to the role of Site Services Co-ordinator, which majored on her prior learning. In 2016, whilst undertaking her CIPD Level 5 qualification, Ellie became responsible for production-based activities. At the end of 2018, HRM was added to her area of responsibility.

Tim Stevens
Commercial Director
Taking position in July 2019, Tim has over 25 years’ experience in project, commercial & contract management. This includes senior roles within Tyco International, Vanderlande Industries, Aquaterra Energy & the Acteon Group. Sectors therein include Materials Handling, Defence, Control Systems, & Oil & Gas. Apprentice trained, Tim has a deep understanding of technical matters as well as considerable experience in contract negotiation. Responsible for Project & Commercial management, Tim has a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying as well as an HNC in Electrical Engineering.

Andy Whilding
Director of Engineering

Andy joined the Company from the University of East Anglia & is responsible for all technical aspects associated with the design of Lintott’s products. Spanning both academia & industry, Andy has amassed considerable academic & applied technical expertise, & has strong research-based knowledge & connections akin to the Company’s product & innovation programme. In his past employment, Andy also worked at Corus Colors, Proserv UK & East Coast College.

Anna Hinson
Business Assurance Manager
Before joining Lintott in 2017, Anna was QHSE & Business Development Manager at Techflo Energy Services Ltd. This varied customer-centric role included responsibility for business assurance as well as assisting with sales development. During her tenure, Anna successfully overhauled the Business Management System resulting in UKAS approved accreditation in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001. In her spare time, Anna is a volunteer for a national mental health charity & chairs the Norwich-based support group.

Andrew Pilkington
Director of Digital Delivery

Andrew is responsible for managing the implementation & resources associated with the digitisation of the Company. Andrew is also the Director responsible for the Test & Systems Integration Functions. Andrew joined the Company in 1997. After a period in the role of Test / Commissioning Engineer, Andrew’s comprehensive technical knowledge gave rise to continued promotion. His technical & prior leadership of the Systems Integration Team has enabled the business to deliver some of the most challenging & large-scale ICA / SCADA projects.

Mark Davy

Mark is the Director responsible for Tendering & Service Delivery. Following the completion of an apprenticeship with Thermos, Mark rose to become the engineering champion for process automation. To further develop his project management skills, Mark subsequently joined Lark Electrical, which was followed by SGMI. Mark first joined the Company in 1998, ultimately transferring to the sales function. In 2005 he left to join ABB as Water Industry Manager (UK) but returned in 2008.

Jamie Thums
Chief Operating Officer

A Top 100 Manufacturing Figure, IET Fellow & Chair of the New Anglia Advanced Manufacturing & Engineering ["NAAME"] sector group, Jamie is a graduate & time-served seasoned Engineer. In addition to assisting with Business Development, Jamie is responsible for directing Production, HR, Business Assurance, & leading the Company’s Continuous Improvement Programme. Jamie has spent c30 years in Manufacturing; formerly at AESSEAL plc. There, he was General Manager of 2 autonomous business units & Corporate Head of Excellence.

David Owen
Managing Director

David is a Chartered Management Accountant.In addition to his responsibilities as Managing Director, David is directly responsible for leading the Company's Business Development, Procurement & Finance functions. Prior to joining the Company, David held a number of financial & non-financial directorships with other manufacturing & engineering organisations. He was latterly Commercial Director at AESSEAL plc. There during his tenure, he was directly involved in the global development of the Company & its market-focused growth strategy.
