In collaboration with the University of East Anglia, Andy Vassallo (Associate Professor in Business Management) delivered a customised presentation to all colleagues at Lintott on Lean and the removal of waste in the workplace.

Lintott is committed to pioneering ‘Lean’ principles throughout its operations, which concerns the removal or the reduction of waste within business operations without sacrificing productivity and removing waste and activities that do not add value to Lintott or Lintott’s customers.

This provided the opportunity to expand personal knowledge & an understanding of fundamental concepts such as quality, lean, and the importance of change along with include recognised business concepts and real-life examples,
