Lintott provides its colleagues with the training, career opportunities, empowerment & support to maximise results and levels of satisfaction.  To enhance this further, Lintott has recently installed new presentation equipment to improve the overall experience.

Training events have increased over each of the last 6 years by 27%.  Courses & topics include, but are not limited to: Health & Safety; Information & Cyber Security; Management & Lean principles.

The suite can comfortably accommodate 25 persons & includes industrial training equipment (such as simulation systems) – with more to follow.
