Lintott Control Systems Limited is passionate about its apprenticeship and trainee programme. Lintott is proud to hold it’s first Apprenticeship Open Day on Friday 5th May.

Potential apprentices met some of the Lintott Team, along with members of West Suffolk College and taken on a tour of the premises. Reflecting the Company’s commitment, it celebrates the fact that 10% of its workforce are currently undergoing or about to embark on an Apprenticeship or trainee post, and a further 10% are undergoing further academic training.  Prominent areas include, but are not limited to, Manufacturing (both electrical and mechanical build) and Software Integration Systems. People Manager, Ellie Woodrow commented; “Apprenticeship programmes offer a great way for people to either enter the workplace, or to make a career change within and pursue a new direction. We’re proud to maintain a flow of apprentices and trainees, backed by excellent levels of staff retention (currently 41% have 5 or more years service)”.
