Another delivery for our clients today! A factory-built Chemical Dosing system for wastewater treatment, being delivered to the Southern Water area. The system comprises Lintott’s innovative dual-chemical dosing technology for Phosphate Removal & pH Correction in a single package. This cost and carbon-effective solution reduces time and complexity through the combination of two chemical processes in a single package with segregated tanks and bunded storage.

The single footprint brings inherent advantages including reduced civils, reduced raw material input, lower embodied carbon and lower operational carbon. Operated from a single control panel with Lintott’s inhouse developed software, both processes are configured, optimised and operated through one HMI. Accommodating customer logistics and again reducing carbon footprint, the witness testing (Customer Factory Acceptance Test) was facilitated remotely via Microsoft Teams).
