
Employee Satisfaction Matters
At the beginning of March, Lintott held its biennial anonymous employee satisfaction. This seeks to gauge the thoughts & opinions of colleagues regarding key aspects of working at the Company. This in turn helps to the Company to shape its people-based plans & strategy (the HRM model of which pictured below). The full results will be reviewed shortly by Lintott’s colleague-based Steering Group, but in the meantime, the Company is delighted to report an overall positivity rating of 86% (versus a target of 80%).
