ECI and professional design services

We provide Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) and professional design services, supporting clients from concept development through to detailed design and delivery. Lintott utilises its extensive design expertise to shape practical, efficient solutions at ECI stage that align with process requirements and programme objectives.

Our design capability covers mechanical, process, electrical, control and systems engineering, ensuring integrated solutions that reduce risk, improve constructability and support efficient project delivery.

Service and maintenance contracts

We deliver planned and reactive servicing and maintenance contracts supporting the reliable operation of critical treatment and control assets across the water industry.

Services include routine inspection, calibration, preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, repair and asset refurbishment, supported by experienced engineers and 24/7/365 support arrangements. This lifecycle capability ensures systems remain safe, compliant and operational, while helping clients maximise asset availability and performance.

Edge computing and asset optimisation

We support the optimisation of operational assets through edge computing and data-driven insights, enabling improved visibility and performance across treatment processes and infrastructure.

This includes the integration of edge devices into existing assets, establishing secure IoT communications and enabling the collection of operational data directly from plant and control systems.

We also provide asset monitoring platforms that transform operational data into actionable insights through data visualisation, system alerts and advanced analytics, supporting predictive maintenance strategies, improved asset performance and informed lifecycle management decisions.
