Lintott Control Systems Limited is passionate about its apprenticeship & trainee programme. Reflecting the Company’s commitment therein & underpinning the 13th annual National Apprenticeship Week, Lintott is celebrating that 12% of its workforce are currently undergoing an apprenticeship or trainee post. Notable areas include, but are not limited to, Manufacturing (both electrical & mechanical build) & Software Systems Integration.

People Manager, Elaine Woodrow commented; “Apprenticeships are a great way for people to either enter the workplace, or to make a career change & pursue a new direction. We’re proud to maintain a flow of apprentices & trainees, backed by excellent levels of staff retention (currently 52% have 5 or more years service). The programme offers great benefits for colleagues who are part of the scheme, but it doesn’t stop there: the programme also enables staff to play an important & rewarding role delivering mentoring & supervision.”
