April saw four colleagues recognised for their outstanding contribution. Operations Director, Mark Davy, presented Deb Scott, Nadja Key, Steve Thorne, and David Scott with a personalised certificate of merit and a small gift of gratitude.

In a socially distanced presentation conducted outdoors, Mark outlined that Lintott is a true meritocracy and he summarised why each colleague deserved special acknowledgement and especial thanks. He outlined that people make an organisation ‘stand-out’ and ‘stand-proud’, and that Lintott has an ever-developing talent pool, who challenge and drive its continuous reinvention.
