Series 4

The Lintott Series 4 is a factory built packaged chemical dosing system that is suitable for installation into new or existing buildings.  The units have been designed to pass through standard double doors and roller shutter doors to aid easy access.

Each unit has a "Plug and Play" methodology whereby the power cable, control cable and dosing pipework is easily connected to the unit via transition unions or junction boxes.

Each unit consists of a fillpoint arrangement GRP (glass reinforced plastic) storage tank, 110% spillage bund with leak detection, dosing pumpset and Control Panel with PLC (programmable logic controller) and HMI (human machine interface).

The units are available with different storage tank volumes and dosing pumpset configurations such as Duty/Standby, Duty/Assist/Standby and Duty/Duty/Common/Standby.  These configurations are available using chemical dosing pumps from leading chemical dosing pump manufacturers.
