Series 3

The Lintott Series 3 is a factory built self contained dosing cabinet which can be retrofitted into existing installations whereby dose rates have changed or the existing installation does not satisfy current health and safety requirements.

Each unit has a "Plug and Play" methodology whereby the power cable, control cable, suction pipework and discharge pipework can be instantly connected to the unit via transition unions or junction boxes.

The cabinet can be adapted to suit various applications such as  Duty/Standby, Duty/Assist/Standby and Duty/Duty/Common/Standby.  These configurations are available using chemical dosing pumps from leading chemical dosing pump manufacturers.

Each unit is supplied with some key features such as pump segregation, individual pump spillage bunds with leakage alarms, clear perspex splash screens, rotating pump plinth, secondary containment dosing pipework manifold, bulkhead light illumination and pallet truck compatibility for easy manoeuverability on site.
